To ensure ownership and exclusive use of your company’s logo, it is crucial for your company to register for trademark protection. Registering your logo as a trademark provides legal protection and prevents others from using or imitating your logo without permission.

3. We want to do business as a tour agency, do we need licenses?

To establish a travel agency, the first step is to set up a company with the designated business line of a travel agency. Once this is done and you have signed the agency contract, the next important step is to notify the Department of Tourism in the location where your company is based about your business activities.

4. I want to rent a house, what taxes do I have to pay?

If your rental income exceeds 100 million VND per year, it is important to be aware of the tax and licensing obligations that apply to you. As per the regulations, you are required to declare and pay Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 5% on the rental income. Additionally, Personal Income Tax (PIT) also needs to be paid at a rate of 5% on the rental income.
